When you get stuck or stumped by your code, where can you find relevant information? How do you decipher help pages and error messages which seem cryptic? And if you need to ask for help, where do you go? In this beginner-friendly workshop, we will present guidelines then introduce key online sites, their functioning, and their culture. We will also cover tips to write questions that will attract answers (and not wrath) from the online programming community.

This is an online webinar. Connection instructions will be emailed to all registrants.
