Hungabee back in production

Hungabee has been put back into production.

Hungabee currently has 1792 cores and 14336 GB of RAM with 1760 cores and 14080 GB RAM available for running jobs, and with 32 cores used for the OS.

We currently do not have a hardware support contract and the vendor is no longer providing support, analysis and  proactively replacing hardware before it fails.

Because of this we decided to put the state as available with some conditions.
