In this webinar, we will examine the Mathematical programming language 'Julia' from a programmers perspective. We will cover installation of the runtime, installation of the suggested IDE, and cover the basic usage of the programming language.

With a background in more traditional languages such as C and Java, the presenter will share with his experiences learning Julia, a dynamically typed, high level language that is designed to support mathematical syntax.
