UBC Power outage Orcinus and glacier unavailable

Power outage on the UBC campus, both, orcinus and glacier system are unavailable. As soon as as the power is restored (no ETA yet) and is stable, we willl try to bring both system back on line.
Erroneous Account Renewal Email Messages
We were updating our grid certificate management system this morning and there was a failure which has caused many users to receive multiple copies of an erroneous message about renewals.
Please disregard any and all messages you have received from westgrid-accounts-l@mailman.cybera.ca this morning.
We sincerely apologize for the this and any confusion it may have caused.
October 30: Gridstore, Robson, Hydra downtime update
Migration of the data from the old disk system to the new disk system on gridstore has encountered a few problems. Gridstore, Robson, and Hydra are still unavailable. Please stay tuned to this news feed for updates to their status.
October 29: Gridstore, Robson, Hydra downtime
The upgrade to the new disk shelves for gridstore is taking longer than expected. Gridstore, robson, and hydra will be down until Tuesday morning.
