VenueServer / Jabber Server Hiccup
It seems the main WestGrid venueserver/jabber server was down briefly at around 10:15am Pacific time today. The issues was traced to BCNet - they have been contacted and have (hopefully) resolved the issue. Sorry for any inconvenience.
